Review: Dark Deeds

Dark Deeds Dark Deeds by Michelle Diener
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This features different characters then Dark Horse. Rose, Dav, and Sazo do make an appearance towards the end.
Fiona (Fee) was abducted from Earth about a month after Rose. She recognized Rose's name since she heard/read her missing person reports. After her abduction, she was given to the Garmman to work as a slave on one of their trading vessels. Then she was assaulted by pirates and finally rescued by the Grih. There is an attraction between her and the Captain, Hal Vakeri, that isn't welcomed by the crew.
This also introduces another AI running a 3rd Class 5 ship, Eazi. Things happen. There is A LOT that happens in this one. Hal and Fee come across a cell that used to belong to Imogene Potts, another woman abducted. The United Council's investigative team is missing. The Grihs and the Tecrans, the United Council, might be moving closer to war.
The only thing really missing in this was romance. No sex, kissing only.
